House washes usually take 2–3 hours. Driveway and concrete cleaning runs 1–2 hours. Sidewalk and storefront jobs typically finish in 1–2 hours as well. Fleet vehicle jobs vary by number of units — single vehicles are usually done in under an hour.

Flat-rate prices cover standard residential and small commercial jobs. The main factors that push a quote higher are: heavily stained surfaces that need extra treatment, multi-level homes that require more setup time, surfaces that haven't been cleaned in several years, and jobs needing more than the usual water volume. We always give you the exact number before you commit.

Yes — when done correctly. We adjust pressure settings based on surface type. Soft-wash for vinyl, painted wood, and asphalt shingles. Higher pressure for concrete and brick. We never use a one-size-fits-all approach, and we'll tell you upfront if something needs a different method.

We contain and manage runoff wherever possible using barriers and vacuum recovery on hard surfaces. On grass or landscape areas we use controlled, minimal runoff and avoid directing water toward foundations or storm drains. We always leave the work area clean — no standing water, no residue.

No, as long as we can access the area being cleaned. If there's a gate code, a dog in the yard, or any special instructions, just note it in the quote form or message us and we'll work it out.

After you submit the quote form, we'll confirm your slot within a few hours. Most jobs are scheduled within 24–48 hours of your approval. We give you a precise arrival window — not just "sometime in the morning."

Yes. Just give us at least 24 hours' notice and we'll move your appointment to whatever day works better. We understand plans change.

There's no fee to cancel — just let us know before we arrive. If we're already on-site and you cancel mid-job, we may charge a small fee to cover our travel costs. We keep this simple and fair.

We stand by every job. If you notice anything that doesn't meet our standard, message us within 48 hours of completion and we'll come back and fix it at no additional charge.

Yes. BlastPro holds an active North Carolina business license and carries $1,000,000 in general liability insurance. A copy of the insurance certificate is available on request — just ask and we'll send it over before any work begins.

Yes. Our soft-wash operators complete PWNA (Pressure Washing Network of America) training and follow PWNA-recommended procedures for chemical application, surface rinsing, and plant protection. We're not a handyman with a pressure washer — this is our craft.

BlastPro has been serving the Triangle (Raleigh, Durham, Cary, and surrounding towns) for over five years. We've cleaned hundreds of homes and businesses locally — we're not a traveling outfit that blows in after a storm.

Not yet — we're working on subscription plans for quarterly and bi-annual cleaning. Reach out through the quote form if you're interested and we'll let you know as soon as it's available.
